A Critical Overview of Food Attitudes & Involvement

Over the summer, we have been compiling food scales that will ultimately be collectively organized into a published book. My poster will focus on one of the chapters in the book. The chapter is called Food Attitudes and Involvement. My poster will obtain an overview summarizing some of the general trends in the variety of scales we collected along with some summarization of the general processes that went into creating the scales and lastly a discussion of our findings. The presentation of all this information will also be aided by a few visual elements, namely various charts and graphs.
