Abstract:

My work involved writing code for a new Algorithm Visualization (AV) for the METAL Project called “All Points Closest Pairs” which examines a map’s waypoints and finds the closest points to all other points and pairs them up. I also was tasked with laying the foundation for creating learning modules for the METAL Project so that professors elsewhere can use METAL to assist their students’ learning as well as modules that anyone can do in order to gain a better understanding of algorithms and computer science.
